You may be a good fit for the CMR team if:

  • You’re a licensed therapist in the state of Illinois (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD) with at least 1 year of practice under your belt.*

  • You want to specialize in sex and relationship therapy, including working toward AASECT certification.

You’re not a good fit for the CMR team if:

  • You’re not a licensed therapist in the state of Illinois.

  • You’re not interested in specializing in the realm of sex and relationship therapy or becoming AASECT certified.

  • You're not able to spend time outside of sessions developing your clinical skills or seeking out resources for clients.

  • You’re not good at executing tasks or organizing your workday without significant oversight.

  • You just don’t jive with our values.

  • You don't have any couples therapy experience or haven't received formal training in a couples therapy modality.

  • Position Overview

    We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing sex and relationship therapy group practice. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced relationship and sex therapist looking to advance into a leadership role while developing their clinical supervision skills. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision to up to 4 provisionally licensed therapists while maintaining their own client caseload in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide clinical supervision to up to 4 provisionally licensed therapists

    • Maintain a caseload of 22-25 clients per week (adjusted based on number of supervisees)

    • Review and sign off on supervision notes and documentation

    • Adhere to group practice policies and procedures

    • Report to the Clinical Director

    • Work two weeknights as part of schedule flexibility

    Requirements

    Licensure & Experience:

    • LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC licensed in Illinois

    • Must meet Illinois state licensing board requirements for clinical supervision (we will assist in completing this process for the right candidate)

    • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in sex therapy

    • Required training and experience in couples therapy

    Work Arrangement:

    • Full-time position with hybrid work model (fully remote option available)

    • Optional 4-day work week for all full-time staff

    • Must be available to work two weeknights

This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed therapist passionate about sex and relationship therapy who is looking to build a fulfilling caseload in a supportive, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will provide individual and couples therapy with a focus on sexual health and relationship concerns, working alongside a dedicated team of clinicians.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide individual and couples therapy focused on sex and relationship concerns

    • Maintain a caseload of 22-25 clients per week

    • Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session

    • Adhere to group practice policies and procedures

    • Report to the Clinical Director

    • Work two weeknights as part of schedule flexibility

    Requirements
    Licensure & Experience:

    • LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC licensed in Illinois

    • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in sex therapy (exceptions can be made for the right fit)
