We’re hiring!

Join a dedicated team of sex and relationship therapists.

We're looking for licensed therapists who want to be on the leading edge of sex and relationship therapy.

Ideal candidates for this position want to specialize in sexual health and relationships, sharpen their clinical skills, and be part of a collaborative, innovative team of leaders and experts in sexual health and relationship wellness.

You'll fit in great if you're a passionate therapist who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative team environment of creative and authentic clinicians.

We communicate frequently as a team, sharing resources, and recommendations, and have a practice culture that centers on care for each other.

Most importantly, we support each other in becoming leaders and innovators in the sex and relationship field.

What sets us apart:

  • We’re passionate about our work, but burnout is real, so we make sure to create a sustainable work environment for everyone.

All of our full-time therapists have the option to observe a 4-day work week, with the freedom and autonomy to craft a schedule that suits their lifestyle.

We offer premium health insurance, paid sick leave, and other benefits to help support you in your work-life balance.

Our office is located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and all team members have the option to build a schedule based on their preferences.

  • At CMR, we value you as a therapist and as a person. We don't believe in the antiquated model of being a 'blank slate'. We want you to bring your whole, embodied self into the room. We value your authenticity, your creativity, your humor, and your humanity.

We know that your life experiences, personality, and values influence and deepen how you show up in the therapy office. Why would we ask our clients to show up authentically if we aren't willing to do the same?

We believe this holistic, transparent approach to supporting our clinicians translates into higher-quality care for our clients. It's part of what sets us apart.

We have systems in place to make everyone’s work environment enjoyable, straightforward, and functional.

Let's lead the way for modern relationships.

A career at CMR means doing the work you’re passionate about in a sustainable way -- without the administrative headache of running your own practice, worrying about taxes, or where you'll get clients.

At CMR, you’re part of a dedicated community of therapists working on the leading edge of relationships and sexuality in the modern world. In our work with clients and community, we're facilitating a cultural shift toward more fulfilling connections and greater well-being.

We provide the highest standard of care for sex and relationship therapy.
