The benefits of psychological therapy for erectile dysfunction

Before

I can't seem to sustain erections during sex and it's starting to make me avoid sex altogether. This is incredibly stressful and I don't know what to do to fix it.

After

I no longer have issues with erections during sex, and I feel at ease and confident again.

Before

My partner lost his erection once during sex, and it hasn't been the same since. He's anxious, avoidant, and doesn't want to be sexual with me anymore because I believe he's afraid it will happen again.

After

My partner and I were able to effectively communicate about our sex issues, and now he doesn't avoid intimacy anymore. We feel very connected, and if he does feel like he's going to have any ed problems, we know exactly how to manage it together.

Before

I'm young and healthy, but I've been having issues with keeping erections with sexual partners for a long time. I'm really embarrassed, and I don't know how to bring this up to partners, so I just avoid it.

After

I now have control over my erections. After learning specific exercises for my ed problems and communication strategies to talk with my partners about my issues, I feel more confident and excited to be sexual again.

How it works:

After completing your 30-minute consultation call with one of our therapists, we'll schedule your sessions with you if we believe we're a good fit to work together. In your first couple of sessions, your therapist will conduct a thorough relationship, sexual, and medical history with you, as this is critical information for us to have to determine the next steps for treatment.

Because erectile dysfunction can be caused by a variety of medical issues, we will ask you a series of questions related to your physical health. While we cannot diagnose medical issues or provide treatment, we always refer our clients to one of our trusted urology partners so you can be formally assessed by the right medical professional. The urologists we work with go beyond testing you for your testosterone levels, which is only one small factor that can cause ED.

Common medical, lifestyle, and relationship issues that can cause erectile dysfunction are sleep apnea, cardiovascular health issues, digestive and kidney diseases, diabetes, smoking, excessive drinking, and relationship issues.
