Connection is only limited by our fear of being misunderstood.
If you've ever felt misunderstood in relationships or unsure how to express who you are emotionally, sexually, or relationally, you're not alone. Whether you're carrying shame, questioning your sexual identity, navigating low desire, or struggling with sexual dysfunction, therapy can be a space where your experiences are honored, not judged.
You might be someone who wants more from your relationships. More intimacy. More clarity. More alignment between your values, your desires, and how you show up with others. In our work together, you'll have space to reflect, be challenged (gently), and begin rewriting the internal narratives that no longer serve you.
You deserve a therapist who will meet you with warmth, honesty, and curiosity. In our sessions, you can expect a balance of deep emotional work and humor, because healing often needs both. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you reconnect with your own wisdom, needs, and capacity for intimacy.
I have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients, those exploring kink and BDSM, and people navigating consensual non-monogamy. But more than anything, I’m here to support people of all backgrounds who want to understand themselves more deeply and relate to others more intentionally.
My approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and The Gottman Method, with a sex-positive, trauma-informed lens that recognizes how your emotional and sexual well-being are deeply connected. You can expect a collaborative process that centers your goals and makes room for both emotional insight and practical tools.
I earned both my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy from Adler University and my certificate in sex therapy. Beyond my credentials, what matters most to me is that you feel seen, respected, and empowered in the therapy space.
And when I’m not in session, I’m usually curating playlists, reading something that sparks my curiosity, or getting creative with press-on nail designs, because joy and self-expression matter, too.
