Connection is only limited by our fear of being misunderstood.
If my clients could quote me, they’d probably say I use the phrase “I’m curious” the most. That curiosity, especially around human sexuality, emotional intimacy, and the stories we tell ourselves about love and connection, is what led me to become a therapist.
My work centers on helping individuals and couples rewrite their internal narratives around sex, desire, identity, and relationships. Whether we're unpacking shame around sexuality, exploring sexual identity, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or navigating low desire and disconnect, I meet my clients with warmth, honesty, and curiosity. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients, those exploring BDSM and Kink, and consensual non-monogamy, but welcome people of all identities and backgrounds. My goal is always to create a space where vulnerability is not only welcomed but honored.
In our sessions, you can expect moments of deep reflection, laughter, and real emotional work. I’m direct but compassionate, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe that sexual health and emotional well-being are deeply intertwined, and that everyone deserves access to a supportive, affirming space to explore both. My approach is holistic and client-centered, incorporating a mix of Narrative, Emotion-Focused therapy, and Gottman therapy to truly understand the roots of concern.
I received my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy at Adler University and have completed advanced and specialized training in sex therapy. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hobbies that engage my creative mind, such as curating playlists to listen to, reading, and making press-on nails.
