You deserve to experience pleasure, confidence, and deep connection in your intimate life.

I understand how isolating it feels when you're disconnected from someone you love, or when anxiety around sex and intimacy takes over your thoughts. Maybe desire has disappeared entirely, or sex has become something you dread rather than enjoy. Perhaps you've lost your voice when it comes to expressing what you need, or you're not even sure what that is anymore.

If you're nodding along to any of this, I want you to know that what you're experiencing is not only common, it's completely workable. You're not broken, and there's nothing wrong with you.

My approach centers on creating a space that feels genuinely safe and collaborative. Whether you're working through the aftermath of trauma, untangling messages from your past, or trying to reconnect in your current relationship, I'll meet you exactly where you are. While I draw from proven approaches like Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, everything we do together will be tailored specifically to your needs and your pace.

Growing up in Armenia, living in Russia, and now making my home in the United States has given me deep insight into how powerfully culture, religion, and family upbringing shape our relationship with sexuality and intimacy. So many of us carry voices telling us that desire is shameful or that certain conversations are off-limits. I especially love working alongside multicultural and immigrant clients to examine these inherited messages and help you reconnect with what actually feels true for you. I speak multiple languages and understand that healing happens differently across cultures.

In our work together, no topic is too uncomfortable or awkward to explore. We can dive into physical concerns, emotional barriers, or communication struggles that keep you stuck. Whether you're wrestling with body image, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or simply learning how to ask for what you want, we'll move at whatever pace feels right for you. Everything we do will be holistic, trauma-informed, and completely affirming of who you are.

I earned my BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and am completing my MA in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, graduating in March 2026. I work as a clinical intern under specialized supervision in sex and couples therapy.

If you're feeling lost, scared, or stuck in patterns that aren't serving you, I truly see you, and I'm here to support you. Taking the step to reach out takes real courage, and I don't take that lightly. You deserve to experience genuine connection, pleasure, and peace in your relationships.
