A space to open more fully into yourself, your pleasure, and your relationships.
Therapy can be the place to talk about what doesn’t always get said out loud. Maybe you want sex and connection to feel more fun and less stressful, maybe you’re curious about kink but don’t know where to begin, or maybe you and your partner are considering opening your relationship. I work with couples at every stage—whether you’ve been together for years or are just starting out. With newer couples, I often help set the tone early: practicing effective communication, creating rituals that keep you close, and building habits that strengthen your bond as life unfolds. Think of therapy as date night—intentional time to slow down, get curious, and nurture what makes your relationship unique.
For individuals, therapy can be a place to come home to yourself. It might look like reconnecting with your body, exploring new aspects of identity, or rediscovering ease and enjoyment in your sexuality after hurt or trauma. Wherever you are in your journey, therapy offers space to listen inward and build a more intentional, attuned, and fully alive relationship with yourself.
My style is warm, playful, and collaborative. In our work, you can expect laughter, curiosity, and honest reflection alongside the deeper moments. I draw from parts work, somatic practices, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (a research-based model for couples and individuals) to support connection and healing.
As a queer therapist, I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients, people navigating emerging identities, and anyone expanding how they relate to intimacy, desire, and connection. My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to show up fully. I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures.
With a background in pleasure research and sex education, I bring a deep commitment to creating affirming, sex-positive spaces. I hold a BA from the University of Vermont and am completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. I currently practice as a clinical intern with specialized supervision in sex and couples therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, I love jumping in the lake, traveling (I’m a pilot’s daughter and a lifelong wanderer), trying almost anything twice, and stopping in my tracks for every small dog I see. My own joy, curiosity, and sense of play are things I bring into the work we’ll do together.
