There's no one right way to love, desire, or connect. Let's discover what's right for you.

Maybe you're lying in bed next to your partner, feeling like strangers, wondering when intimacy became this complicated. Or you're scrolling through dating apps feeling exhausted by the performance of it all, craving something real but not sure how to find it. Or maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by the sexual shame you’ve been carrying for most of your life, unsure if this feeling will ever go away. If any of these sound familiar, let's work together to bring back the joy and healing that comes from creating and maintaining authentic connections.

As a relational therapist, I understand that everything in your life is interconnected. The anxiety you carry affects your ability to be present during sex. The shame you learned growing up shows up in how you communicate with partners. The disconnection from your body impacts your capacity for pleasure. We can't address desire discrepancies or sexual dysfunction in isolation—we need to look at the whole picture of who you are and how you relate.

Whether you're working through mismatched libidos that are affecting your relationship, navigating the complexities of consensual non-monogamy, or simply trying to figure out what you actually want sexually, my approach honors the unique strengths you already possess. We'll use those strengths as the foundation for lasting change, tailoring our work specifically to your needs and your story.

In my therapy room, you'll find a supportive, open-minded, sex-positive space where nothing is off-limits. Those half-formed thoughts you're embarrassed to voice? The fantasies that confuse you? The fights you have about sex that never seem to resolve anything? We'll explore it all with authenticity (and humor when it feels right!). I find that the thoughts we keep "in draft" often hold the keys to breakthrough moments.

Our work together, guided by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and body-centered approaches, will help you deepen the connection you have with yourself and others. We'll explore what's behind the patterns that aren't serving you, and build new ways of showing up that feel genuinely authentic to who you're becoming.

In an ever-increasingly divided world, I see our differences as opportunities to connect and strengthen the work we do together. I practice culturally responsive therapy and come to the table owning my own identities and experiences, with an open-door policy to explore how they might impact your experience of therapy. The client-therapist relationship is a two-way street, and I welcome an examination of the different identities and life experiences we might have or any concerns or questions that might come up for you regarding how we work together. I practice LGBTQIA+, Polyamorous/Consensual Non-Monogamy-affirming care and enjoy working with folks of all identities and relationship types.

My past experiences have meaningfully built upon one another on my journey toward therapy and I’ve always held an interest in contributing to a more just and healthy world for us all. I earned my Master of Science (MS) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. I also hold a Masters of Public Health (MPH) from Drexel University and began my professional career working to support population health in Philadelphia, PA, with a special interest in mental healthcare and women’s and girls’ health policy and research. Outside the therapy room, you'll find me immersing in nature, reading, or spending time with my partner and loved ones.
