I’m fascinated by relationships.

At the end of the day, the connection you have to the people you love is what truly matters. I understand that life can get complicated. I'm here to offer guidance and support that makes sense for you and the life you want to live. I get deep into the work with you while calling attention to your areas of growth and supporting you in your achievements. If you are serious about improving your relationship with yourself, your sexuality, or your partner, let’s work together. We’ll set achievable goals and solutions that make sense for you.

I work with a variety of relationship and sex issues and have special interests in working with mismatched desires, pre-orgasmic women, navigating dating and modern love and painful sex. My other areas of clinical expertise include recovering from infidelity, communication issues, stress and anxiety management and pre-marital counseling. As the modern relationship rapidly changes, it's critical to work with a therapist who understands how our relational expectations have shifted over time. Among the many conversations we will have in the therapy room, we will discuss the not so constructive patterns you have created over time, your relational needs versus wants and how you connect intimately to yourself and others.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am uniquely qualified to work with issues relating to sexuality and relationships. I earned my MS from Northwestern University in Marriage and Family Therapy and BA in Psychology from DePaul University. I have completed specialized training in sex therapy and sex education from the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work.

In addition to my clinical work, I am an Alumni Board Member at Northwestern University. I am an active clinical member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I also assist budding sex therapists by providing case consultation, mentorship and guidance with their professional development. I have been featured in numerous publications, including Glamour Magazine, Teen Vogue, The Chicago Tribune and Vice.
