I’m passionate about helping you build the connected, fulfilling, and authentic relationships you deserve.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your relationship, navigating challenges around trust, intimacy, or desire, or working through past trauma, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I believe your story holds the key to understanding the patterns in your relationships and that, together, we can transform those patterns into new possibilities for growth and connection.

In our work, I offer a holistic, client-centered, trauma-informed approach that integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, including attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), psychodynamic therapy, and evidence-based treatments for trauma. My practice is anti-oppressive and decolonized, meaning I’m committed to creating a space where you feel seen and heard, regardless of your background or identity. I particularly enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyamorous communities, as well as 1st- and 2nd-generation immigrants.

Working with me means being part of a judgment-free space where we can break down societal and cultural barriers and create the kind of relationships that feel true to you. I’m especially passionate about supporting multicultural couples and BIPOC couples in navigating unique challenges and helping them find their way to deeper intimacy, understanding, and love.

If you’re struggling with mismatched desires, trust issues, or just feeling disconnected, I’m here to help you reconnect—with yourself, your partner, and the life you want. Whether you're working through past trauma, navigating infidelity, or feeling overwhelmed by emotional ups and downs, we’ll work together to heal old wounds and create space for something new.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University and have been practicing for over 2 years. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants (especially for tacos), thrift shopping, or spending time with my German Shepherd and loved ones.

Let’s work together to break free from old patterns and create relationships that feel fulfilling, connected, and deeply aligned with who you are.
