The Center for Modern Relationships is a group therapy practice specializing in relationship and sex therapy. Located in the Lakeview neighborhood, our practice is focused on providing effective and collaborative solutions to clients seeking to improve their relationship with themselves, their bodies and their partners. As relationship and sex therapists, our values are rooted in creating a therapeutic setting that is sex positive and open to everyone.  Full Time Staff Therapist Position

Requirements:

  • Licensed in the state of Illinois- LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD or license eligible

  • At least 1 year post graduate experience working with couples

  • Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

  • Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines

  • Willing to work at least two evenings and one weekend day

  • Collaborative, a self-starter, organized and professional

  • Eager to learn and grow professionally

  • Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback and work autonomously

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling to individuals and couples

  • Grow and maintain a caseload of 20-25 clinical contact hours per week

  • Complete progress notes, treatment plans and billing documents in a timely manner

  • Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure

  • Contact and schedule clients timely and professionally

  • Actively pursue further training to refine and enhance clinical skills and knowledge
